Chatbot development, customer support, FAQ systems and knowledge assistants that help people find answers. Customer follow-up and human escalation keep service personal.
Lead qualification, lead nurturing, follow-up systems, sales assistance, prospect research, and personalized outreach workflows built around your sales process.
Internal knowledge assistants, employee support, research, document analysis, reporting, and administrative assistance that reduce time spent searching and repeating.
Repetitive task automation; CRM, email, and SMS workflows; lead routing; scheduling; follow-up; data movement between systems; notifications; and reporting.
Specialized agents for multi-step workflows, research, marketing support, operational support, and internal business processes. Responsibilities and review points are defined before deployment.
When an off-the-shelf product does not fit, we design custom technology around the workflow and connect it to the systems your team already uses.
Evidence, with context
24%
of small employers surveyed by NFIB reported using AI for business activity in its 2025 technology survey.
The survey covered employers with at least one employee. Adoption figures depend on who is surveyed and what counts as AI; this is not a claim about every business.
NFIB · Small Business and Technology · June 2025 ↗15%
more issues resolved per hour, on average, with AI assistance in a study of 5,172 customer-support agents.
The results varied across workers. This was one company’s support setting, not a guaranteed productivity gain for your team.
Brynjolfsson, Li & Raymond · Quarterly Journal of Economics · 2025 ↗02 / AI customer service
A useful support assistant needs the right source material: services, policies, product information and the questions customers actually ask. We define what it can answer, when it should ask for context and when a person should take over.
Organize approved knowledge, connect relevant records where appropriate and make the next action clear. An unanswered question should become a tracked handoff, not a dead end.
Escalate complaints, exceptions and uncertain answers. Review recurring questions to improve both the assistant and the underlying customer experience.
03 / AI sales
AI can help organize incoming leads, prepare prospect research and draft relevant follow-up. The useful question is where a salesperson loses time or context today.
Start with qualification criteria, source quality and the next step in the sales process. Keep outreach and approval rules explicit; a generated draft is not a sent message.
04 / AI business assistants
An internal assistant can help staff find a procedure, compare documents, prepare a summary or research a question. The value comes from access to relevant information and a clear way to check the answer.
We define which sources are appropriate, who may access them and how answers point back to the original material. Private information stays subject to the business’s access rules.
05 / Automation
A form arrives, a record changes or a task becomes due. Define the trigger and check that the information is complete.
Route the lead, create an assigned task, update a connected system or prepare communication for review.
Track failures, avoid duplicate actions and give a person a way to step in. An automation should be understandable when something goes wrong.
06 / AI agents
Agents can coordinate several steps, such as researching a prospect, preparing a briefing and drafting a next action. Each step needs the right information, permission and review point.
Specify the task, permitted tools and records, expected output and conditions that require approval. Broader access is a business decision, not a default.
Our CRM foundation supports scoped service identities and audit records. External AI must be connected and its workflows tested before it can perform useful work in that environment.
07 / Custom AI systems
An off-the-shelf assistant may not understand a specialist workflow or connect to the information your team needs. A custom application can bring the interface, business rules, approved knowledge and integrations together.
We begin with a small, testable job. A successful demonstration still needs real-world testing, support and a clear owner before it becomes part of daily operations.
Start with your everyday work
What do you or your employees repeat every day? Answer the same questions? Copy information between tools? Chase appointments? Write the same follow-up?
We map the workflow, choose a useful first application, connect the right systems, and test the handoffs. Then we refine it around the people who use it.

We see the whole business
A CRM can provide customer history. A knowledge system can provide approved answers. Clear sales and service processes give an assistant a defined job.
The connections matter as much as the model.
Business first. Technology second.
