Capabilities / Custom CRM

Your business shouldn’t
have to fit your software.

Your software should
fit your business.

Our custom CRM development starts with the way your company actually works — connecting customers, opportunities, follow-up, projects, communication and the information your team needs to move the business forward.

Let’s find the right system →

Start with how you work

Built around your business.
Not the other way around.

Off-the-shelf software can work well. But when it forces your team into somebody else’s process, a custom business CRM may be the better fit.

Before designing a system, we understand the work it needs to support.

  1. 01

How do leads come in — and how does your team follow up?

  2. 02

How do sales happen, and what happens after a customer says yes?

  3. 03

What information do employees need? Where does communication break down?

  4. 04

What does the owner need to see? What repetitive work could be automated?

The cost of almost right

Stop settling for software
that almost fits.

A CRM can do many things well and still miss the part that matters to your business. The team fills the gap with spreadsheets, duplicate entries, extra software and workarounds. Before long, the workaround becomes the process.

01

Follow a real lead.

Where did it come from? Who owns it? What qualifies it? What needs to happen next? We map the decisions between the first inquiry and a customer relationship.

02

Look at the work around it.

How does follow-up happen? What information do employees need? Where does communication break down? What should be automated, and which actions still need human judgment?

03

Give the owner a useful view.

A dashboard should answer a real management question. Which opportunities need attention? What is overdue? Where is work stuck? Start with those decisions, then choose the information to display.

The working foundation

What can a
custom CRM do?

Our existing platform provides a foundation for custom CRM software for small business. We configure and extend it around your sales process, customer relationships and daily work.

01

Contacts & companies

Customer and business records that keep the relationship in context.

02

Sales pipeline

Track opportunities through stages with a Kanban-style pipeline.

03

Calls & prospecting

Record calls and outcomes, with a focused daily prospecting workflow.

04

Follow-ups

Keep the next conversation visible with follow-up records and scheduling.

05

Task management

Track assigned work, due dates and recurring tasks.

06

Projects

Organize project records and move work through defined stages.

07

Approvals

Review supported communication drafts before they move toward delivery.

08

Reporting

See dashboard information drawn from the records your role can access.

09

Files

Keep business files private, with access checked before download.

10

Team access

Give employees the roles, permissions and assigned work they need.

11

AI agents

Scoped service identities provide a controlled foundation for external AI connections.

12

API & webhooks

Controlled API keys and signed webhook infrastructure support system integrations.

Choose the right fit

When off-the-shelf
isn’t enough.

Start by looking at what already works. Keep useful tools, connect the gaps and build custom software only where it creates a better way to operate.

Depending on the business, that could mean a customer portal, scheduling, mobile workflows, reporting dashboards or API integrations. Email, SMS and AI connections need the right providers and configuration; they are part of the implementation plan.

The goal is a system your team can actually use — with a clear next step, useful information and fewer things falling between the cracks.

Configure what matters

We build what
the business needs.

Can we shape the sales process around our business?

A custom sales CRM can reflect your lead sources, qualification rules, stages, follow-up process and customer handoffs. We begin with the process, then configure the records, tasks and views that support it.

What about employees, projects and internal work?

Custom business management software can connect sales with delivery. Our existing foundation includes projects, tasks, files, roles, permissions, approvals and audit history. Additional business rules are scoped around your workflow.

Can it connect email, SMS, scheduling and other software?

We identify which systems need to exchange information and confirm their APIs and access requirements. Email and SMS infrastructure is built but needs provider credentials and callbacks. External calendar synchronization is not implemented. Customer portals and other integrations are designed as project-specific work.

Is custom CRM for small business always the right answer?

No. If an existing product fits well, configuration or an integration may be enough. Custom CRM development makes sense when an important workflow repeatedly falls outside what existing software can do.

Can the team use it on a phone?

The current platform includes responsive workflows for contacts, tasks and follow-up. For a client system, we identify what employees actually need to do away from a desk and design those mobile tasks intentionally.

02 / Tasks & follow-up

Keep the next step
in view.

An inquiry needs a response. A conversation needs a next step. A promise needs someone responsible for it.

Tasks, follow-ups and assigned work help your team keep track of what needs to happen next.

Designed around your workflow

From lead to customer.
One connected system.

From first interest to an ongoing relationship, each step should carry the right context forward.

The workflow is designed for your business. These connections are configured as part of the engagement.

CRM + AI / Integration possibilities

When your CRM
starts working
with you.

Useful AI needs useful context. Organized contacts, company records, activity and assigned work give an assistant a place to begin.

AI CRM integration can support prospect research, draft follow-up, internal knowledge access and task coordination. CRM automation handles defined rules; AI assistance can help interpret information and prepare the next step.

Our foundation includes scoped service identities, approval workflows and audit history. The external AI service still needs to be connected. Email and SMS require real provider setup, and AI phone integration requires a live voice implementation.

The business chooses which actions need approval. The goal is informed assistance with clear accountability.

A clear picture of what’s ready

Working foundations.
Considered connections.

We distinguish what exists today from what still needs to be connected or built.

Email & SMS Built · Setup required
Delivery infrastructure exists. Live delivery requires real provider credentials and callback configuration.
AI agents Foundation built · Connection required
Scoped service identities and connection controls exist. External AI assistance requires a connected service.
AI Phone Foundation only
A shared call-data model and provider contract exist. No live voice provider is implemented yet.
Calendar synchronization Not implemented
External calendar synchronization is an integration possibility, not a current operating feature.
Social publishing Not implemented
Direct publishing to social platforms is not currently available.

Business first.
Technology second.

A CRM company starts with software. A developer starts with features. We start with the business.

We look at how your company operates, find the friction and opportunities, then determine what strategy, AI, automation and technology should support it.
